Child Safety Standards – AfterDark

1. Explicit Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

AfterDark has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming, sexual communication, or solicitation involving minors
• Any depiction, fantasy, discussion, or activity involving sexualized minors
• Attempts to contact, exploit, or endanger minors
• Sharing or requesting images/videos of individuals under 18
• Any content or behavior that sexualizes a minor or puts a minor at risk

Any violation results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities depending on the region.

2. Age Restriction

• AfterDark is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.
• We do not allow minors to create accounts, access the platform, or participate in any form of activity.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

• Users can report content or accounts that violate these standards through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our safety team.
• All reports are handled promptly and investigated by our moderation team.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, AfterDark may take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate removal of violating content
• Temporary or permanent account bans
• Device-level bans
• Restriction of IP ranges
• Reporting to law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations

5. Review and Updating of Standards

AfterDark reviews and updates these Child Safety Standards regularly to comply with evolving global safety regulations and Google Play policies.
