The AfterDark Society platform complies with the record keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. All necessary performer age verification records are maintained in a secure, access-controlled environment. We uphold strict compliance procedures to ensure that no explicit content involving persons under eighteen (18) years of age is permitted on our platform.

Designated Records Custodian

Performer Age Verification

• All performers have provided valid, government-issued photo identification confirming they are 18 years of age or older at the time of content creation.

• Additional verification steps, including biometric checks and manual review, are performed for high-risk submissions.

Content Submission Policies

• All user-generated content featuring nudity or explicit sexual conduct requires approval through our Content Creator Consent Form process.
• Creators must maintain signed releases for all featured individuals and submit them to the AfterDark Society moderation team upon request.
• Content lacking verifiable releases will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated.

Continuous Monitoring & Enforcement

• Automated systems and human moderators inspect all flagged uploads for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• Violations trigger immediate content removal, account review, and mandatory re-verification.
• Suspected unlawful activity is reported to the appropriate authorities without delay.
